Role Overview:
We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Creative Marketing Designer to join our growing Creative Services. In this role, you will be responsible for developing visually compelling and strategically aligned marketing materials that reflect Aarki’s brand identity and support cross-functional initiatives across the business.
You will work closely with the Creative, Marketing and Sales teams to deliver impactful assets that drive engagement, communicate our value proposition, and strengthen our brand presence in the mobile programmatic space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, design, and produce multimedia content, including graphics, animations, videos, and interactive elements, tailored for multiple platforms.
- Ensure brand consistency by adhering to creative guidelines and project objectives while delivering engaging and visually compelling content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align creative execution with strategic goals and performance insights.
- Manage production workflows, from pre-production planning to post-production, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Incorporate AI tools and automation to optimize content production and enhance creative output.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in multimedia design, video editing, and interactive production to drive innovation.
- Optimize assets for different platforms, including mobile, web, social media, and digital advertising.
Qualifications:
- 3-5+years of experience in a creative marketing or digital advertising role, preferably within a digital agency environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) and other multimedia production tools.
- Strong storytelling and visual communication skills, with a deep understanding of composition, typography, and color theory.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative, visually engaging, and strategically aligned designs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate creative ideas effectively across teams.
