포지션 소개

서울 오피스에서 함께할 Customer Success Manager (어카운트 관리 매니저)를 찾습니다. 고객사의 모바일 광고 캠페인을 집행/관리하고, 고객사와의 밀접한 관계 구축 및 매출 성장을 돕는 역할입니다. 데이터분석팀 등 내부 여러 팀과의 소통 능력, 고객사와의 데이터 기반 지표 분석/논의 능력 등이 요구됩니다.

리포팅 라인은 Head of APAC Client Success 이며, 게임사, e-commerce사를 포함한 여러 광고주와 협업하는 포지션 입니다.

주요 업무

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor and advocate within the company.
  • Strategically retain and expand our revenue with critical customers
  • Understand clients' business objectives and challenges and work collaboratively to develop strategies for achieving client’s goals through Aarki’s products and services.
  • Onboard new clients efficiently, ensuring a smooth transition and providing training and guidance on our platform and tools.
  • Monitor client usage and performance metrics, proactively identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Partner with our customers in a consultative manner to drive their marketing needs.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal and external teams to develop customer success plans that outline their critical success factors and metrics for success and leverage Aarki’s resources.
  • Optimize, track, and analyze the performance of your campaign portfolio.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, sharing insights and recommendations with clients to help them stay ahead in the competitive gaming landscape.

자격 요건:

  • 학위 무관 (경영학, 광고홍보학, 커뮤니케이션학 또는 관련 분야의 학사 학위 선호)
  • 모바일 광고 관련 기본 지식
  • 비즈니스 영어 소통 능력
  • 스타트업 환경에 맞는 적극적/자발적인 태도

Role Overview

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager, based in Seoul, Korea. This role will contribute to growing revenue and building strategic relationships with our customers by understanding our customer’s business, challenges, goals, and opportunities. This role will report to the Head of APAC Client Success to join our Sales organization. The individual will lead the work with internal teams to solve the challenges and provide data-driven insights and metrics to the customers. As a member of the Customer Success team at Aarki, you will work closely with some of the biggest gaming and non-gaming customers both existing and new businesses (driven by sales).

Skills & Experience:

  • < 3 years of client-facing, performance marketing experience or related role
  • Knowledge of the programmatic industry, ability to optimize, track, and analyze account performance
  • An excellent storyteller and communicator. You can present data-driven insights and provide recommendations.
  • Performance marketing experience in the gaming vertical is a plus.
  • Ability to speak Business Korean and English
  • Ability to speak Business Japanese and/or Business Mandarin a plus
  • College degree in business, communication, marketing or relevant experience in a client-facing role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, start-up environment
