Role Overview

We're looking for an enthusiastic Partnerships Coordinator to join our dynamic team. If you're passionate about mobile apps and are ready to kickstart your career in a role that blends strategy with creativity, we want to hear from you.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of strategic SSP partnerships across Aarki as the point of contact for our performance DSP.
  • Identify and implement innovative ad formats and bid signals, collaborating with partners to enhance Aarki's offerings.
  • Work alongside Product, Analytics, Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to align business and client needs.
  • Act as the main point of contact for external SSPs, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and overseeing reports and supply deal offerings.
  • Provide critical feedback to internal teams, aiding in developing custom solutions for Product and best practices across Sales and CS teams.
  • Manage, track, and report on accounts to achieve company revenue and ROI targets, utilizing your analytical skills to optimize performance.
  • Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews to share demand insights, helping us stay ahead of the competition, tacking performance marketing efforts strategically, and always aiming for the best outcomes.
  • Work with Ad Tech vendors to execute performance-based marketing strategies, focusing on mobile platforms.
  • Optimize inventory management for performance and growth, ensuring Aarki's supply side meets our business goals.
  • Conduct detailed business analyses to identify potential areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Develop and monitor data quality metrics and ensure business data and reporting needs are met.
  • Strong understanding of the company's operational processes and the ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
  • Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs.
  • Analyze various data types to identify trends, KPIs, and actionable insights.
  • Stay current with the latest mobile gaming industry and performance advertising trends and developments.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience with BI tools and dashboards, strong MS Office, especially Excel and/or SQL, is preferred.
  • Understanding of customer acquisition metrics (ROAS, CPM, IPM, CPI, CPA) and the ability to analyze partner dashboards for strategic decisions.
  • Familiarity with the digital advertising industry, real-time bidding and programmatic buying
  • Ability to simplify complex data analysis for clear communication and informed decision-making.
  • A meticulous approach to project management, ensuring high partner satisfaction through impeccable relationship management.
  • Highly organized, proactive self-starter, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously within tight deadlines.
  • Independently manage projects with a solid analytical and problem-solving mindset, comfortable in ambiguous situations.
  • Foundation in business or online marketing, with an emphasis on analytics, negotiation, and strategic thinking.
  • Degree from a four-year University or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Work History: 2+ years of experience in mobile or programmatic advertising, with a track record in partnerships and account management, is preferred.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and negotiation skills; a strong ability to work in teams and independently; and a creative, entrepreneurial mindset.
