Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and experienced Sr. Account Executive with a deep understanding of the mobile programmatic advertising landscape and strong connections with potential brand advertisers. You will collaborate with our international team to drive brand awareness and business growth in China, specifically targeting overseas digital markets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Gain a deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, with a focus on overseas business.
  • Independently sell Aarki's programmatic advertising solutions to brands targeting global markets (excluding mainland China) after onboarding.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly revenue goals.
  • Provide clear reporting on account development and sales progress to senior management.
  • Offer feedback on internal sales strategies and insights from channel partners to help refine our products and services.
  • Work closely with Client Service, marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to improve sales presentations and collateral.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by senior leadership.

Skills & Experience

  • BS and BA degrees, 3+ years of successful sales experience in digital advertising with proven track record of overachievement, have the ability to independently develop major clients
  • Have the technical aptitude to learn technologies such as multivariate creative optimization, machine learning, RTB systems, etc.
  • Prior sales experience at a Demand Side Platform (DSP) is a strong plus
  • Prior experience selling digital Retargeting / Reactivation solutions is a strong plus
  • Strong relationships at all levels with target customers, such mobile game and App developers who target globally
  • Highly self motivated with go-getter and can-do attitude, friendly, roll-your-sleeves-up individual who thrives in a smaller team/startup/entrepreneurial environment, where priorities (and sometimes tasks and responsibilities) are continuously shifting
  • Can travel extensively and ability to work across time zones without any restrictions
  • Good written and oral communication skills in Chinese and English
