Role Overview

Are you a visual storytelling artist with a passion for crafting B2B brands that resonate? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and have a knack for translating complex technology ideas into captivating, easy to understand designs? If so, then we want you on our team! As our Corporate Marketing Creative Designer, you'll be the mastermind behind the visual identity of our company. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing creative strategies and assets that elevate our brand awareness, engage our target audience, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and design a wide range of marketing materials, including:
    • Google Slides content and templates
    • Product and case study one-sheets
    • Print and digital advertising
    • Social media graphics and content
    • Website and landing page design
    • Email marketing campaigns
    • Trade show and event materials
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all channels.
  • Proactively identify and recommend new creative opportunities to enhance the brand.
  • Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently.

Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a creative design role, preferably within the B2B technology marketing or advertising industry.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects (or similar).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Passion for the brand and a genuine desire to make a difference.
  • Bonus points if you have experience with, Motion graphics and animation, User experience (UX) design, Content marketing, or Social media marketing.
